Associate Note Type Tables displays broad category descriptions i.e., payroll, performance, scheduling etc. Notes can be uploaded electronically to associate file and display in associate file by note type to simplify note review. To add an associate note type go to Settings > Lookup Tables > Associate Support Tables > Associate Note Type.
To add a new associate note type, click on the <icon-formpos>xxx<icon-formpos><udl-orange>Add Associate Note Type<udl-orange> link
Enter the required information and select <btnw> Add <btnw> when finished. If you do not want a work basket item for this note type, click the "Do not generate WB task".
Select the Edit Pencil <icon-editpencil>xxx<icon-editpencil> to edit the Associate Note Type
Make the necessary changes and select <btnw> Update <btnw> when finished.
Selecting the Magnifying Glass <icon-magnify>xxx<icon-magnify> icon allows you to view the Associate Note Type

Select the Trash Can <icon-trashcan>xxx<icon-trashcan> icon to delete the Associate Note Type
You will be asked if you are sure you want to delete. Click "OK" to confirm.
