You assign “scheduling ranking” to Associates, allowing you to filter the Scheduling Caseload option by this “ranking”. To add a scheduling rank type go to Settings > Lookup Tables > Associate Support Tables > Scheduling Rank Type
Select the Edit Pencil <icon-editpencil>xxx<icon-editpencil> to edit the Scheduling Rank Type
Make the necessary changes and select <btnw> Update <btnw> when finished.
Selecting the Magnifying Glass <icon-magnify>xxx<icon-magnify> icon allows you to view the Scheduling Rank Type
The "View Scheduling Rank Type" screen appears
You can also end a scheduling rank type, by putting an end date.
