The Associate Load Balancing option lets you quickly reassign scheduled services from one Associate to a different Associate by using a "drag-and-drop" feature. This option filters by Agency and Discipline. If you have Caregivers that work for more than one agency within your Organization and they also provide services for different disciplines (i.e., LP/VN also provides HHA services), you can see all services assigned to each Associate regardless of agency or discipline. Additionally, when you hover over a scheduled service, the Agency name now appears along with the Patient's name, scheduled service and patient demographic information.

To access the Associate Load Balancing feature, use the following path:  Patients > Associate Load Balancing

DISCIPLINE <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

Select the dropdown <btn>   Select        ▾ <btn> to the right of Choose Discipline to select your discipline.

AGENCY <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

Select the drop down <btn>   Louisiana Labour of Love    ▾ <btn> to the right of Agency to choose your agency. (If you only have one Agency, it will default to your agency)

RANKING <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

Select the drop down <btn>  < select >   ▾ <btn> to the right of Ranking to select your Ranking level.</btn></btn>

 Option include:

SHOW ALL <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

When you check the box to “show all”, it provides other scheduled services for an Associate for all disciplines, all agencies.

For Example:  

PATIENT TEAM <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

Select the drop down <btn>   Select a Team   ▾   <btn> to the right of Patient Team to filter the scheduling information by a group of Patients assigned to a specific team.

CALENDAR <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

Change date display to a different day if necessary (defaults to current day but you can move the days back and forth or select a specific date using the calendar icon which displays a calendar)

DRAG AND DROP <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

You can drag and drop a scheduled service to a different Associate by clicking on the visit and dragging it to another associate

If a service note has been added and in the incomplete status, you cannot move the visit to another associate

If a service note has been added and in the complete status, you cannot move the visit to another associate

DAY VIEW <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

Change the display from Timeline to Day View by selecting the Day option if you want to use the list with dates and associated times scheduled

SHOW 24 HOURS <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

In Day View, you can choose to view by 24 hour time period

SHOW BUSINESS HOURS <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

Or you can view by "Show Business Hours"
