ADD FACILITY | VIEW CONTACT INFORMATION | DELETE FACILITY | EDIT FACILITY | SUBMENUS | QUIZ
The facilities list allows you to add, view, delete, and search the facilities within your system. You have the ability to run reports as well. To access the Facilities List, go to Resources > Facilities.
To add a facility click on the "<icon-greenplussign>xxx<icon-greenplussign> <udl-orange>Add Facility<udl-orange>" link.
Enter the required information and click <btnw> Save <btnw> when finished.
To view the Facilities contact information, hover over the address book <icon-addressgray>xxx<icon-addressgray> icon to the left of the Facility.
This will popup with the Facility contact information .
You can search for a specific Facility by entering the facility name in the text entry box and clicking <btnw> Search <btnw>
To delete a facility, click on the Trash Can <icon-trashcan>xxx<icon-trashcan> icon . If the facility has been used somewhere, you will have to remove it's attachment to that area before you can delete it.
To view a facility master file, click on the "Facility Name" <udl-orange>Apria<udl-orange> link.
This will take you to the Facility Master File. You can edit the information for the header by clicking on the <udl-orange>[Edit]<udl-orange> link to the right of the facility name.
This will bring up the facility information for you to edit. Make the necessary changes and click <btnw> Save <btnw> when you are finished.
