SUPPORT PORTAL <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

You will find the link for our "Support Portal".  In order to be able to use the support portal, the email address in your associate file must match the email address that we have in Team Support.  There are at times that your email address may change.  If you are not able to click on the "Support Portal" link, please call our support team and let them know that you are having problems and give them the current email address associated with your Careficient Associate File.

The support portal has many options for learning and/or creating tickets for support.  To search the support portal, click on the "How can we help you" box, enter your search criteria and select Enter.

You can submit a ticket as well by clicking on the "Submit a Ticket" link.

The entry screen for submitting your ticket will appear.  Enter the information below and click on "Submit Ticket" when you are finished.  You can upload files as well as create short videos or your problem if needed. Please make sure to include your ORG code so that we can identify you in Team Support just in case our system doesn't recognize your email address.

You can view your profile but clicking on the "View Profile" link and choosing "My Profile" or "Sign-out".

TICKETS <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

You can view your tickets by clicking on either "Tickets" link as below.

You can view your open tickets

Or your closed tickets. Please note, if a ticket is closed, all you need to do is respond to the ticket and a Careficient employee will re-open the ticket for you.

In order to monitor where your employees are in the Online Education process, you can search for the term "Online". This will bring up all Support Tickets for any Online Education tickets that we have. You can then sort by status in order to see all tickets with a status of "Passed" or "Please Retake".

You can also export the tickets in order to create specific filters for the excel spreadsheet. To do so, select the "Export CSV" link.

Please keep in mind that you will receive an email notification of your tickets and tickets responses from Careficient. If you haven't received a response to your ticket, please check your SPAM folder. If there is no response in your SPAM folder, please login and check the Support Portal for a response. If you are not receiving responses, please respond to the original ticket letting us know and we will get back with you. It doesn't matter if the ticket is closed. If you respond to the ticket, we will get a notification or your response. NOTE:  Please remember the following when creating/responding to tickets:

CAREFICIENT UNIVERSITY FOR HOME HEALTH <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

The Careficient University For Home Health has many articles that will also assist you in finding help and learning processes within the Careficient application. The menu is setup just like the menu in the actual application for ease of use.

The "Help System" includes multiple files that can be searched by Table Entries but we recommend using our Careficient Home Health OR Hospice Training & Help as it is more up-to-date.

It can be searched alphabetically.

The Help option now has two (2) links that provide access to on-line “help” information.  

Home Health Training & Help (for Home Health & Private Duty) mimics the Careficient applications. Select a menu option to learn more about the specific area of the application that you are in. On the home page, click on any link or word to learn more about that specific option.

You also have Hospice Training & Help (for Hospice & Palliative Care)

Click on a menu option to see a list of topics that pertain to that area of the application.

As you scroll through the “help” information, there are links available to access specific topics.  These links are typically underlined and in a red font.   This will take you to help text for a specific area of the application for further explanation.    

Here we have and example of our Home Health Page. Select the menu option that you are looking for more training on. This will open up a list of options to choose from. To close the menu option, select the menu title again. You can open multiple menu options at one time of you desire to.

At the bottom of most articles, if you scroll to the bottom , you can choose to "Take Quiz" regarding the article. You will receive an email with your test results notifying you if you have passed or need to retake the quiz. A scroll of < 80% requires a re-test.
