Invoice Errors should be looked at daily and you will need to keep on top of your invoice errors if you want your billing to run smoothly. Billing edits that require all signed orders be received prior to billing will only look for orders received (initial and/or interim) that have a date that falls within the invoice from/to dates.
Invoicing edits include the following:
The invoicing process is automated and runs every single night. Invoices that "pass" all invoice edits based on payer requirements will moved from an "unbilled" to a "billed" status. Invoices that you move to another payer or rebill to the same payer will also generate during this automated process as long as they "pass" all payer edits based on payer requirements.

You can filter by selecting the drop down <btn> All ▾ <btn> to the right of Agency.
You can filter by selecting the drop down <btn> All ▾ <btn> under Payer...
You can filter by selecting the drop down <btn> All ▾ <btn> under Team...
Or you can filter by selecting the drop down <btn> All ▾ <btn> under Category
You can filter by selecting the drop down <btn> All ▾ <btn> under Status.
You can click on the "Solution" <udl-orange>Payer Review/Release<udl-orange> which will take you to where the corrections need to be made.
After making corrections, to recheck the invoice error, click on the "Recheck Invoice" <icon-closepayroll>xxx<icon-closepayroll> icon.
You can sort the invoice errors as follows by clicking on any of the headers such as "Info" in this example.
You can also choose the invoice specifically to review all invoice errors on the invoice.
Click on the "Errors" tab.
You will notice the invoice errors under "Error" title.
If you click on the <udl-orange>link<udl-orange> under solution, the application will take you to the area where this needs to be corrected.
Once you have corrected the errors, you can click on <udl-orange>Recheck Invoice<udl-orange> and the system will check to see if the issues are resolved.
You can now “flag” an invoice as “billed in error” for any invoice that meets the following criteria:
If you have an invoice that meets all of the above criteria, you will be able to “flag” the invoice as “Billed in Error” by selecting the <udl-orange>[Billed In Error]<udl-orange> link. Select the <btnw> OK <btnw> button from the pop-up to confirm.

If necessary, you can reverse this status by selecting the <udl-orange>[Undo Billed In Error]<udl-orange> link that appears next to the invoice number. Select the <btnw> OK <btnw> button from the pop-up to confirm. Invoices summary screen displays showing the status of the invoice as “Unbilled”.
After you “flag” an invoice as “Billed in Error”, the invoice information is not included in the following reports:
