Scheduling Notifications

ROLE PRIVILEGES NEEDED: <udl-white>Edit Scheduling Notifications<udl-white>


The Scheduling Notification option provides a method to stay on top of changes in patient status so that you can notify associates of a scheduling change.  To access Scheduling Notifications, select Patients > Scheduling Notifications. The Scheduling Notifications page displays the following information:

Hover over the Calendar <icon-calendar>xxx<icon-calendar> icon to see a list of all the services that have changed so that the information can be reviewed with the associate.

Once a check mark is placed in the check box field and you click on <btnw>    Save   <btnw>, the item is removed from the Scheduling Notification page.

You can also search by first or last name.

You can filter by selecting the drop down <btn>   All     ▾   <btn> under Agency.
