View / Print Orders

SETUP: <udl-white>Physician Website Access For Orders<udl-white>


You have the ability to view/print all orders that are not received back from the physician.  To do so go to Patients > View/Print Orders.

The View/Print Orders List appears

You will see the following message in upper left corner indicating how many records there are for the filters you have set. You will only be about to see 200 entries. If you need to see more than 200, then you will need to adjust your filters.

You can search by patient first or last name

You can filter by selecting the drop down <btn>   All     ▾   <btn> under Patient..

You can filter by selecting the drop down <btn>   All     ▾   <btn> under Team...

You can filter by selecting the drop down <btn>   All     ▾   <btn> under Status...

Select the drop down <btn>   All      ▾   <btn> to the under Physician to filter by physician.

Selecting the patients name will take you to the patient encounter Orders Tab.

If you click on the drop down <icon-dropdown>xxx<icon-dropdown> to the right of the status...

You will see a list of all the status changes for the order.

If you hover over the address book <icon-addressgray>xxx<icon-addressgray> ...

You will see a pop-up with the physicians information.

PRINT ORDERS <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

You can print the order.  Once you select the <btn>    Send    <btn> option, you will get a PDF view of the orders that you can print.

FAX ORDERS <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

You can fax the orders.  Once you click the <btn>    Send    <btn> button, the orders selected to be faxed, will be faxed to the physician.

NOTE:  The physician must have a fax number in his contact information in order to fax to the physician.

EMAIL ORDERS <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

You can email the orders.  Once you click the <btn>    Send    <btn> button, the orders will be emailed to the physicians. The physician must have an email in his master file in order to email physician .

CONSOLIDATE ORDERS <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

Consolidating orders will combine all of the interim orders listed above by Patient, by Physician, by Certification Period. Using this feature creates one form for the Physician to sign instead of signing each interim order individually. If the clinician electronically signs an interim order, their electronic signature will now appear on the consolidated form. If you print the forms, they will display on the screen for you to view/print. You can use your browser printer functions to print the forms. Status will show "Printed and Mailed". If you fax the forms, the forms will be faxed to the Physician. Status will show "Fax Sent" If you email the forms, the forms will be sent to the Physician web portal for the Physician to electronically sign. Status will show "Email Sent".

Once you click <btn>    Send    <btn> " all orders types will be generated.

LOCK VIEW <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

You have the ability to lock your filtered statuses by clicking on the Lock <icon-openlock>xxx<icon-openlock>.
