SETUP EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

The associates compliance tab provides you with the ability to set up and track employment requirements, medical requirements, license and skills.  It tracks both initial completion dates as well as renewal dates.  Missing or expired compliance requirements will display in workbasket for resolution under Associate > Associate Compliance. When you first enter the associates compliance there are two ways, either click on the green plus sign to the right of the compliance item or the quicker of the two ways would be to click on the <udl-orange>Edit Employment Requirements<udl-orange> link.

Enter the required information and either the completed date or the renewal date.  Select <btnw>    Save   <btnw> when you have finished entering items.

ADD EMPLOYMENT COMPLIANCE  <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

To add a compliance item individually, select <icon-greenplussign>xxx<icon-greenplussign> to the right of the item.

Enter the required information and select <btnw>   Save   <btnw> when finished.

EDIT EMPLOYMENT COMPLIANCE   <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

To edit a compliance item, select the Edit Pencil <icon-editpencil>xxx<icon-editpencil> to the right of that item or to edit multiple items, select the <udl-orange>Edit Employment Requirements<udl-orange> link.

Make the necessary changes and select <btnw>   Save   <btnw> when finished.

You can determine whether or not an associate is compliant with a quick glance at the "Compliant" column.  Green <icon-positive>xxx<icon-positive> indicates they are compliant and Red <icon-negative>xxx<icon-negative> indicates they are not. The Work Basket will notify you when an associate is soon to be out of compliance.

FLAG AS NOT NEEDED  <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

There are times that you may have items that do not pertain to a certain employee.  You can flag the item as not needed by clicking on the Flag As Not Needed <icon-dataok>xxx<icon-dataok> icon.  If you have previously entered a date on an item, you can not flag it as not needed unless you delete the information first.  To delete information entered in a compliance item, select the Trash Can <icon-trashcan>xxx<icon-trashcan> icon

Select <btnw>    Save   <btnw>.

This will add a comment "Flagged As Not Needed" so that you will be able to determine which items are not needed at a glance.

UNDO NOT NEEDED <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

To undo an item that has been flagged as not needed, click on the Undo Not Needed <icon-dataneg>xxx<icon-dataneg> icon.

You will be prompted to confirm. Select "Ok".

DELETE EMPLOYMENT COMPLIANCE  <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

To delete a compliance item, select the Trash Can <icon-trashcan>xxx<icon-trashcan> icon.  This does not delete the compliance item itself, but will delete any entry that you have entered within that item.

You will be asked if you are sure you want to delete.  Select  "OK" to confirm.

SETUP MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS  <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

To enter medical requirements, select <udl-orange>Edit Medical Requirements<udl-orange>.

Enter the required information and select <btnw>    Save   <btnw>.  The Add Compliance <icon-greenplussign>xxx<icon-greenplussign>, Set As Not Needed <icon-dataok>xxx<icon-dataok>, Undo Not Needed <icon-dataneg>xxx<icon-dataneg> and Trash Can <icon-trashcan>xxx<icon-trashcan> icon all work the same here as they did in the compliance section

ADD MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

Click on the Add Compliance Item <icon-greenplussign>xxx<icon-greenplussign> Icon, to add a compliance item.

Enter the required information and select <btnw>   Save   <btnw> when finished.

EDIT MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

To edit Medical Requirements, select the Edit Pencil <icon-editpencil>xxx<icon-editpencil>.

Make the necessary changes and select <btnw>   Save   <btnw> when finished.

DELETE MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

Select the Trash Can <icon-trashcan>xxx<icon-trashcan> icon  to delete the Compliance Medical Requirements

You will be asked if you are sure you want to delete.  Select "OK" to confirm.

ADD LICENSE/CERTIFICATION <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

To add a License or Certification, select the <icon-greenplussign>xxx<icon-greenplussign> <udl-orange>Add License/Certification<udl-orange> Link.

Enter the required information and select <btnw>   Save   <btnw> when finished.

EDIT LICENSE/CERTIFICATION <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

To edit a license/certification, select the <udl-orange>[Edit]<udl-orange> link.

Make the necessary changes and select <btnw>   Save   <btnw> when finished.

DELETE LICENSE /CERTIFICATION <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

Select the Trash Can <icon-trashcan>xxx<icon-trashcan> icon to delete License/Certification.

You will be asked if you are sure you want to delete.  Select "OK" to confirm.

ADD SKILLS <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

So add a specific skill, select the <icon-greenplussign>xxx<icon-greenplussign> <udl-orange>Add Skill<udl-orange> Link.

Check the specific skills that pertain to the associate and select <btnw>    Save   <btnw>.

EDIT SKILLS <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

To edit a skill, select the <udl-orange>[Edit]<udl-orange> link

Make the necessary changes and select <btnw>   Save   <btnw> when finished.
