Associates Pay Rates Tab is used to set up visit and/or hourly pay rates by discipline for patient care time. You can set up pay only visit and/or hourly pay rates for such non patient care time activities as conferences, in-services, orientation, etc. You also have the ability to set up pay rates for an associate for multiple disciplines in order to assign the associate to other disciplines during the scheduling process such as a LPN that also does HHA visits. Before you can setup Pay Rates, you must have already setup the associate Payroll.
Select your associate
Select the Pay Rates Tab
To add an associate pay rate select the <icon-greenplussign>xxx<icon-greenplussign> <udl-orange>Add Pay Rate<udl-orange> Link.
Choose the discipline that you want to add pay rates for and select <btnw> Next <btnw>
Enter the service code pay rates for weekday and weekend and a start date. If you want the ability to override the pay rate when verifying visits, you will want to make sure that "Allow Override" is checked. Select <btnw> Save <btnw> when finished.
This will take you back to the "Select Pay Type" screen. Unless you need to add another discipline pay rate to this associate, select <btnw> Close <btnw>.
This will populate the associates file with the pay rates that you just added.
To edit an associates pay rates, select the Edit Pencil <icon-editpencil>xxx<icon-editpencil>
Make the necessary changes and select <btnw> Save <btnw> when finished.
To delete an associates pay rate, select the Trash Can <icon-trashcan>xxx<icon-trashcan> icon.
Select the drop down <btn> All ▾ <btn> to the right of Pay Type to select the discipline.</btn></btn>
