Used to view and edit website access for an associate.

ADD WEBSITE <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

To grant website access to a new system user click on the <icon-greenplussign>xxx<icon-greenplussign> <udl-orange>Add Website Access<udl-orange> link.

  1. User Name - will auto-populate from the email address that was added on the Associate Profile Tab.  This can be changed to whatever you want the user to be able to login with.
  2. Email - populated from the Associate Profile Tab as well.
  3. You can either "Generate Password" for the associate and this will be emailed to the associate (make sure to check SPAM folder if you do not receive your email prior to calling Careficient Support) OR
  4. You can "Enter Manual Password".  The manual password is not emailed to the associate.  You will need to verbally instruct them what their password is.  Both options prompt them to change their password once they login.  
  5. Start Date - Enter the date that you want them to have website access
  6. End Date - Enter the date that you want to deactivate their website access
  7. Select <btnw>    Save   <btnw>.
NOTE: The password will not be emailed to the associate until they are given Org Access (below).

The will take you to the Roles Entry screen.  Select a user role.  Security permissions associated with that role will be assigned to the associate.  Security permissions determine which areas of the application the associate will be able to access.  

  1. Select the role you want to assign to the associate
  2. Select <btnw>    Save   <btnw>
Note: Only assign one role to an associate as they often interfere with each other if more than one role is given.  

ADD ORG ACCESS <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

Click on <icon-greenplussign>xxx<icon-greenplussign> <udl-orange>Add Org Access<udl-orange> to allow an associate access to a specific Organization.  This will generate a temporary password that the associate can change when they first log into Careficient AMS. Use to set up Organizations to which the associate will have access. Access can be granted to multiple organizations.  

  1. Choose the Organization (1st Tier), Region (2nd Tier) and Agency (3rd Tier) that you want to give the associate access to.  
  2. Select <btnw>    Save   <btnw>.

Once you have given the associate Org Access, they should receive an email notifying them of their user name and password.

ADD REPORT <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

To provide access to automated reports for an Associate, click on <icon-greenplussign>xxx<icon-greenplussign> <udl-orange>Add Report<udl-orange>.

  1. Select the report(s) that you want to add
  2. Enter the Start Date
  3. Select <btnw>    Save   <btnw> when finished.

The reports will now show up under "Reports" on the "Website" tab at the bottom of the screen.  

EDIT WEBSITE ACCESS <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

Select the <udl-orange>[Edit]<udl-orange> link to edit the website access. Make the necessary changes and select <btnw>    Save   <btnw> when you are finished.

PASSWORD GENERATION <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

There are two ways to reset an associates password:

"Generate Password" will email the associate a temporary password reset to the email address that is in their Associate Profile Tab.  The associate will need to know their ORG code in order to do so.  They will be asked to reset their password when they login with their temporary password. See Sign-In Process

NOTE:  If you do not get the password reset, check your Junk or SPAM Folder in your email.

ENTER MANUAL PASSWORD <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

"Enter Manual Password" allows you to enter a temporary password for the associate.  It is not emailed to the associate.  You will need to communicate the temporary password verbally to the associate.  They will be asked to reset their password when they login with their temporary password.

EDIT SECURITY <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

Select the <udl-orange>[Edit]<udl-orange> link to edit the associates security (role). Make the necessary changes and select <btnw>   Save   <btnw> when finished.

VIEW SECURITY <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

Selecting the Magnifying Glass <icon-magnify>xxx<icon-magnify> icon allows you to view the associates security.

This will take you to the "View Roles" screen.

EDIT ORG ACCESS <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

Select the <udl-orange>[Edit]<udl-orange> link to edit the Org Access. Make the necessary changes and select <btnw>   Save   <btnw> when finished.

VIEW ORG ACCESS <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

Selecting the Magnifying Glass <icon-magnify>xxx<icon-magnify> icon allows you to view the Org Access

This will take you to the Organization's Region Detail page.

EDIT REPORTS <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

Select the Edit Pencil <icon-editpencil>xxx<icon-editpencil> to edit the Reports. Make the necessary changes and select <btnw>   Save   <btnw> when finished.

DELETE REPORTS <returntomenu>menu ↑<returntomenu>

Select the Trash Can <icon-trashcan>xxx<icon-trashcan> icon to delete the Reports. You will be asked if you are sure you want to delete.  Click "OK" to confirm.
