The Physician's Website Tab allows you to give the physician access to View Physician Documents where he can login and sign the orders that have been sent to him.
To add website access, click on the <icon-greenplussign>xxx<icon-greenplussign> <udl-orange>Add Website Access<udl-orange> link.
The User Name will auto-populate from the email address that was added on the Physician's Contact Info Tab. Establish a start date for Careficient AMS access for the physician. This screen provides website access information such as username, login and password information. You can either "Generate Password" for the physician and this will be emailed to the physician (make sure to check SPAM folder if you do not receive your email prior to calling Careficient Support) OR you can "Enter Manual Password".
NOTE: The password will not be emailed to the physician until they are given Org Access (below).
"Enter Manual Password" allows you to enter a temporary password for the physician. It is not emailed to the physician. You will need to communicate the temporary password verbally to the physician. They will be asked to reset their password when they login with their temporary password.
The will take you to the Roles Entry screen. Select the Physician Document Management Role and select <btnw> Save <btnw> when finished. This role can not be edited. It is controlled by Careficient.
Click on <icon-greenplussign>xxx<icon-greenplussign> <udl-orange>Add Org Access<udl-orange> to allow a physician access to a specific Organization. This will generate a temporary password that the physician can change when they first log into Careficient AMS. Access can be granted to multiple organizations.
Choose the Organization (1st Tier), Region (2nd Tier) and Agency (3rd Tier) that you want to give the physician access to. Once you have given the physician Org Access, they should receive an email notifying them of their user name and password. Select <btnw> Save <btnw> when finished.
Select the <udl-orange>[Edit]<udl-orange> link to edit the website access
Make the necessary changes and select <btnw> Save <btnw> when finished.
There are two ways to reset a physician's password:
"Generate Password" will email the physician a temporary password reset to the email address that is in their Physician's Contact Info Tab. The physician will need to know their ORG code in order to do so. They will be asked to reset their password when they login with their temporary password. See Sign-In Process
NOTE: If you do not get the password reset, check your Junk Folder in your email.
Select the <udl-orange>[Edit]<udl-orange> link to edit the physician's security (role).
Make the necessary changes and select <btnw> Save <btnw> when finished.
Selecting the Magnifying Glass <icon-magnify>xxx<icon-magnify> icon allows you to view the physician's security.
This will take you to the Roles. You will not be able to edit the physician document management role as it is controlled by Careficient.
Select the <udl-orange>[Edit]<udl-orange> link to edit the Org Access.
Make the necessary changes and select <btnw> Save <btnw> when finished
Selecting the Magnifying Glass <icon-magnify>xxx<icon-magnify> icon allows you to view the Org Access
This will take you to the Organization's Region Detail page.
