Inability To Remove Services From 485

In order to remove services from the 485, you will need to un-cancel any visits that were canceled.  Then un-assign them from any associate they are assigned to.  If there is a note on the right side of the visit, you will need to click on the note and inactivate it.  Once all notes are inactivated, you will then need to "remove deactivated notes" at the top on the patients schedule.  Once you have completed these steps you should be able to remove the frequency from the 485 by deleting each entry one by one starting at the bottom first.  If there are service notes already attached to these visits, you will not be able to change or remove the frequency unless you delete the service notes first (recommend printing before deleting them).
