When you want to create a detail adjustment for a billed service and the service you are adjusting has an “end date” prior to the service date, you will receive the following error message:
*Error: Service not active on service date
You will not be able to make any changes to this billed service detail record unless you change the date to be within the active timeframe for the service code, change the service to an active service, or remove the end date for this service in the Service Codes table.
Service Time that Crosses Over Midnight
You can now create detail adjustments for services that have a “time out” that crosses over midnight. (i.e., 11:30p to 12:15a)
