Unable to Approve ROC order - Service Note Needs To Be Removed Before Interim Order Can Be Approved

When trying to determine what service is preventing the save of a ROC order, make note of the Order ID for the ROC.  Go to the schedule and hover over each visit after the ROC, if the order ID is prior to the ROC order ID, then this is the visit that is causing you the trouble.  Please instruct associate to never “Uncancel” a visit because they will just end up deleting the assessment and re-doing it.  The assessment will need to be printed for the associate and then deleted before you will get the option to approve the ROC order.
